A halloween costume party in February just sounds wrong. The couple who is having the halloween costume party just love the holiday and since there is not much to do during the winter thought this would be fun. The more I thought about it I agreed. So the search is on for cheap costumes. I hope to be able to find a place where I can purchase a decent costume for cheap maybe even on clearance. I have been told this is one of the best times of the year to find cheap halloween costumes. I am really looking forward to the costume party.
